Plasma spraying is a method that uses plasma arc as the heat source to heat the material to a molten or semi-molten state and spray it on the surface of the pretreated workpiece at a high speed to form a coating.

Advantages: It has the characteristics of wide selection of materials and application, high degree of automation, and good coating quality.
